Laser hair removal

An effective, gentle and long-lasting solution to unwanted hair
Laser hair removal is one of the most popular beauty treatments in the world – and for good reason. It offers the opportunity to get rid of unwanted hair quickly, painlessly and, above all, long-term. We use effective and safe Diode laser technology, which allows for accurate results for all skin types.
Why choose laser over waxing, sugaring or shaving?
Long-lasting effect: the subject of the processing is hair root, not just the stem.
Fewer ingrown hairs: The follicle's quiescent state reduces susceptibility to inflammation.
Speed and accuracy: Large areas (legs, back) are treated quickly; small areas are treated very neatly.
Regularity is rewarded: The treatment series achieves significant reduction in hair growth and longer maintenance intervals in everyday life.
How a diode laser works
Laser selective photothermolysis to direct the light melanin (to the hair pigment). The energy changes for warmth in the hair follicle, which damages growth cells and prolongs the resting phase of the follicle. Because the laser is most effective in the active growth phase (anagen) for existing hairs, needed multiple treatments, to reach hairs in different growth stages.
Factors affecting the result:
Hair color and thickness: dark and thick hair is the best match.
Skin tone: light–medium skin + dark hair is ideal; for darker shades use more careful settings and efficient cooling.
Area and hormones: the facial area reacts and regenerates at a different rate than the body; hormonal factors can affect density.
What areas can be treated?
Face: upper lip, jawline, cheeks
Upper body: armpits, chest, back, neck
Lower body: lower legs, thighs
Intimate area: bikini line/Brazilian (women), equivalent for men as agreed
The areas to be treated are always defined in consultation individually.

Who is the treatment suitable for – and when to assess first?
Suitable for: for most skin types, especially when the hair is dark and skin light–medium light. Also for darker shades when settings and cooling are customized.
Let's first evaluate: very light/gray/reddish hair (low melanin → weaker response), active dermatitis, special considerations during pregnancy/breastfeeding, photosensitizing drugs, keloid tendency or fresh tan. These will be discussed during the consultation.
Score
Most people see a clear decrease already in hair growth 2–3 visits After the series ends, many people achieve significant, long-term decline; the remaining hairs are more delicate and grow more slowly. Maintenance can be individually agreed upon. 1×/year.
