Permanent pigmentation treatment

Permanent eyebrow pigmentation – long-lasting natural highlighting
Permanent eyebrow pigmentation shapes and strengthens the eyebrow line naturally. Pigment is exported to the surface layer of the skin (epidermis/dermis boundary) with a special device and with a sterile disposable needle – this makes the end result semi-permanent (not a tattoo). The color fades gradually 1–3 years over time depending on skin type, tone and lifestyle. Our goal at Vitaroma Clinic is tailored to the proportions of your face, harmonious and soft result.
Who is the treatment suitable for – and who is it not?
Especially suitable when you want to:
Few/asymmetrical corners, “gaps” in the corners
Clearer shape and makeup-like cleanliness without daily makeup
Natural highlighting according to hair/color
Let's first evaluate: pregnancy/breastfeeding, active dermatitis in the corner area, keloid tendency, blood thinning medication (with a doctor), diabetes depending on the balance, isotretinoin in the last few months, psoriasis/eczema in active phase on the eyebrows, recent tan/burn. Old, very dark or widespread pigment may require removal method before a new job.
Style options (choose according to skin type and preference)
Powder/soft shading: soft, makeup-like fading; very good for oily or porous skin on the skin.
Ombre corners: initial lighter, deeper than the tail – a subdued gradation effect.
Combo angles: hair technology (to the front/openings) + powder to the body – natural but clear.
Hair technique (hair strokes): thin “hair-like” strokes; the most beautiful for dry/normal for skin with small pores.
Tip: good in the fatty the skin can be “softened” faster by hair technology alone – we then prefer powder/combo angle.

Timeline (typical):
Day 1–2: the corners look darker and warmer (normal).

Day 7–14: color can show too light (”ghosting”) – tone burn slowly.
Weeks 4–8: color settles; the confirmation provides intensity & symmetry.
Long-term treatment:
SPF 30–50 for eyebrows immediately after healing – UV discolour pigment.
Power acids/retinoids/peels from the corners.
No laser/chemical treatments to the corner area without professional guidance.

How long does it take? What factors affect it?
Skin type: fat skin and large pores → faster fading (9–18 months).
Tone: light/soft tones fade faster like the darker ones.
UV & home care: The sun, solarium, acid products and sweaty exercise have an effect.
Metabolism & medication: individual variation.
Maintenance: 1.5–2 years intervals light refresh keeps the shape and tone beautiful.
Risks and safety
Hygiene: disposable needles, shields and surfaces → medical hygiene.
Disadvantages: transient redness/swelling, mild tenderness; rarely irritation.
Allergies: pigment/cream hypersensitivity possible – if necessary proving ground.
Scar/keloid: we map the risks in consultation.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Does the procedure hurt?
With anesthesia pleasant; you will feel a slight scratchiness/pressure sensation.
Can I do eyebrows over old pigment?
Possible if old light/thin. Dark or spread pigment may require removal treatment initially.

Avoid sweating/sauna 7–10 days – sweat softens the scab and can remove pigment.
When can I wear makeup?
Only from the corners after recovery; around carefully before.
